We are seeking an experienced Resource Scheduler to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients through innovative and customized AV solutions.

The Sales Order Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in processing and planning of projects and the allocation of engineering resources. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team, Project Managers, engineering teams and external customers to ensure efficient scheduling and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales Order Processing: Technical sanitation of Sales orders including assessing supporting documentation to ensure correct information has been received to enable the successful processing and planning of projects.
  • Resource Planning & Allocation: Allocating applicable resources via the in house company booking system (Hub Planner) on a project by project basis. Where required contacting customers to offer installation dates. This role will also involve collaboration with Project Managers and other internal departments to ensure correct resources are allocated with appropriate skills set for the project.
  • Other duties assigned as required.


Skills and experience:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of engineering operations and project delivery within an AV or technical environment.
  • Be an agile thinker, able to react to a fluid environment and manage resource allocation to maximise utilisation while maintaining project continuity.
  • Experience in using Hub Planner desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in using Microsoft office suite applications.
