Sales Order Processor

Pure Audio Visual are currently seeking a Sales Order Processor at our Preston headquarters. Working within a small, dynamic department you will process sales and purchase orders, deal with queries, obtain comparative pricing from suppliers, manage deliveries, and liaise with internal personnel and clients. Your activity will support the delivery of audio-visual services to a wide range of customers. Our sectors of activity include higher education, healthcare, hospitality, museum and corporate.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Operations Manager, duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing sales and purchase orders.
• Dealing with queries, managing deliveries, liaising with clients, obtaining comparative prices from vendors for project requirements.
• Liaison with suppliers and logistics companies.
• Chasing suppliers, obtaining proof of deliveries.
• Checking stock availability.
• Providing procurement reports to the team for project deliveries.
