Request a Demonstration

Complete this enquiry form for additional information on a particular product or to request a demonstration. We will then contact you to discuss the best way to manage your request.

We have a showroom at our offices in Preston and in association with our supplier partners can provide access to additional showrooms across the country. Where appropriate and practical on-site demonstrations can be accommodated, as can visits to existing customer installations.

Site Survey Request

We offer a free site survey to clients looking to invest in an audio visual installation. Complete the form with your details and a member of the team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a visit.

Support Request

Please provide as much detail as possible in the support request form and our Support Coordinator will be in touch to progress your request.

Our support desk operates between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

If received outside of operating hours your request will be dealt with at the earliest possible opportunity once the office re-opens.

We provide hand over training to help get you started and 12 months support as standard to make sure that your technical solutions continue running in the same way as when they were first installed.

Our finance team work with the admin and operations personnel to ensure that everything is in place to allow us to deliver on-time and in budget.
